SyncVybe is an open platform.

SyncVybe is a public social network for sharing in-progress, unfinished, and stuck side-projects. Everything you post. your idea, your stuck point, your code snippets, your screenshots, your demo links, your tech stack — is published openly and can be read, indexed, copied, screenshotted, quoted, or referenced by anyone, including search engines and AI systems.

You post at your own risk.

By posting or commenting on SyncVybe you accept that:

• Other people may read your idea and build something similar.
• Other people may copy, repost, or reuse what you share.
• Other people may misrepresent or misattribute your work.
• You are solely responsible for what you choose to share publicly.

We take no responsibility, in any case.

The operators of SyncVybe accept no responsibility and no liability, of any kind and in any case, for intellectual property theft, plagiarism, copyright infringement, idea theft, code reuse, trade-secret leakage, or any dispute between users or third parties arising from content posted on this platform.

We do not moderate, verify, audit, or guarantee ownership of any post, comment, or attached asset. We do not warrant that the platform is safe, private, secure, or appropriate for confidential or proprietary material. If you cannot afford to have something copied, do not post it.

Payments.

SyncVybe never holds, routes, or processes payments between users. We do not operate escrow and we are not a payment intermediary for help exchanged on the platform. Helping each other here is free.

The only payments we process are your own purchases from SyncVybe, such as a Pro subscription, Boost, or AI credits. charged directly by us through Stripe. If you ever arrange paid work with another user, that arrangement is entirely between the two of you, off-platform; SyncVybe is not a party to it and accepts no liability for it (quality, timelines, refunds, disputes, or anything else).

Conduct.

Don't post other people's private code or content. Don't harass, dox, or spam. Don't post illegal content. We may remove anything and suspend anyone, at our sole discretion, without notice.

No warranty.

The platform is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SyncVybe.
